Garden Tea Tastings at Lan Su Chinese Garden

A tea master from Lan Su's Yun Shui Teahouse pours three seasonal Chinese and Taiwanese teas for a group of no more than eight, in one of the garden's pavilions. Over an hour you'll hear where each tea comes from, how it's processed and brewed, and what it means culturally, then take home a porcelain teacup. Garden admission is included, so plan to wander the courtyards afterward. It's a quiet, grown-up way to spend a rainy winter afternoon in Old Town.
