Proctor Farmers’ Market

Tacoma's only year-round farmers market sets up every Saturday in the Proctor District through Dec. 19. Shoppers come from across the city for local vegetables and flowers, meat and seafood, artisan foods, beer and cider, and prepared food, usually with a local musician playing and plenty of dogs to watch. The surrounding blocks are full of independent shops, coffee and restaurants, which makes it a natural start to a North End Saturday. SNAP shoppers can double their dollars with Market Match at the info booth.
