Seattle sketch troupe The Habit settles the eternal argument about whether Die Hard is a Christmas movie by turning it into a holiday stage parody. Expect 1980s jokes, soft-rock songs, Nerf gunfire and villains the theater promises are sassier than your in-laws. Village Theatre brings it to its Everett stage for nine days around Thanksgiving, a welcome break from sugarplum overload. It runs about an hour and 45 minutes with intermission. Fair warning: it's pitched at teens and up, with adult language and plenty of 1988-era vices.
