For five days the Museum of Glass Hot Shop belongs to the glassblowers who worked beside Lino Tagliapietra for years, with a different member of his former team working live each day: Nancy Callan, John Kiley, Jen Elek, David Walters and more. Thursday, Jan. 21 is a free Third Thursday evening with Dante Marioni at the furnace from 5 to 8 p.m. On Saturday, Jan. 23 at 1 p.m., the artists join curator Susan Warner for a panel on Lino's career and his influence on Northwest glass. Watching glass move at that level is mesmerizing even if you know nothing about it.
