Christmas Ship Grand Finale Bonfire at Gas Works Park

23 December 2026

The Christmas Ship season ends on Lake Union, and the last shoreline concert of the year lands at Gas Works Park. The final sailing's follow boats gather around the ship off the old gasworks towers while a choir sings to the crowd on the hill, and there's a public lighting and bonfire along the shore. The performance is scheduled for 9:10 to 9:30 p.m., so it's a late one; earlier that evening the same sailing stops at Fritz Hedges Waterway Park in Portage Bay. Bring a headlamp for the walk back to the car.
