Every November, several hundred Eastside business leaders start a workday at the Hyatt Regency to hear where the economy is headed. Bank of America's Joe Quinlan, keynote speaker every year since 2007, covers growth, rates, markets and trade for 2027, and UW Foster School economist Thomas Gilbert brings it home with jobs, housing and what the state's economy means for local employers.
