The Proctor Arts Fest is an annual outdoor arts festival in Tacoma’s beloved Proctor District, celebrating local artists, live entertainment, food vendors, and community in one of Tacoma’s most vibrant neighborhood settings. Now in its 25th year, the event draws visitors from across the South Sound.
