Three consecutive days of official Stan Grof Holotropic Breathwork™ workshops at Shadow Lake, Renton. Each full-day workshop (9am–9pm) uses rhythmic breathing and music to facilitate deep self-exploration. Limited to 16 participants; option to stay overnight at the lake house.
