Official Stan Grof Holotropic Breathwork™ one-day workshops held on consecutive days at the scenic Shadow Lake Guest House in Renton. Workshops run from 9am to 9pm with small groups (limited to 16 people) for safety and intimacy. Participants breathe with live music to access inner awareness and emotional release.
