It runs on select nights only\, and every ticket must be bought online ahead with limited entries per hour. Three Thursdays are kept as drive-thru nights for anyone who'd rather stay warm in the car\, though those skip the activity stops.

The two-hour North Pole Limited leaves North Bend for the museum's decorated Railway History Campus\, with cookies\, cocoa\, crafts and a visit with Santa in a restored chapel car before the ride back.
